Nice big sound from a thin speaker!

I could not find any locally to listen too but I had listened to some B&W FPM6's and was impressed with their sound but a $950 apiece and wanting to do a 7.1 surround system it was too steep. I decided to buy a pair of these unheard and let me say WOW as good as the B&W's at almost half the cost. I have a pair of Infinities I interchanged them with, combined with a sub, these SLM's sound crisper with allot more detail in the sounds be it movies or music. The inculded hardware for mounting on the wall is very simple and easy to use and they come with a stand if you would want to free stand them. I am very pleased and will be buying 5 more once the basement is done to complete the system.

Great Sound

I bought a pair of these to match up with my 46" Samsung LED...which hang in my bedroom. I'm using a Marantz 5004 and a Velodyne Mini-Subwoofer...my little bedroom ensemble is complete. Movies sound full coming through these speakers...they are a bit pricey but well worth it!!

looks very sexy and sounds amazing

after three month of extensive research, we finally bought three motion SLM speakers (L, R, C) for our small apt in new york. they look so beautiful and sound amazing. we also bought the dynamo 700 for the sw and two motion 4 for the surround sound speakers.
