Low Price--Great Sound

This system is far better than any big-box brand name system I've listened to.
Before purchasing this system I auditioned a Sony Bravia system and one of Paradigm's upper end systems. The Sony system sounded small and tinny and the subwoofer shook the floor but didn't provide good sound. I couldn't tell if the Sony system really provided better sound than my television speakers. The Paradigm $3000 monitor system I listened to was excellent but I got cold feet at the last minute about the price tag and the additional space requirements of having big speakers in a small living room.
The Cinema speakers are small but they do not sound small and they don't take up much space in your living room or bedroom. If you have a huge room or a dedicated theater then you might want to invest more money in your speakers. However, if you want a terrific entry level system, this is a really good one that won't make you feel like you're missing out on something.

Amazing Sound, Expected Slightly Better Build Quality

These are the first full system matched surround speakers I have purchased. I am using a Denon AVR-1911 receiver and must say I couldn't be happier with the sound quality. In fact, I am extremely impressed with the clean sound and the overall clarity. The Denon auto calibration immediately optimized the sound perfectly. As an engineer, I appreciate a good design that performs as expected. I gave this system 4 stars partly for the same reason another reviewer did: no surround brackets. I spoke with an authorized dealer and the brackets are sold for an extra 40 bux or so. I opted to use the key holes behind the speakers which can be tricky since no template was provided. The other part of the four star review comes from the build quality. I guess even though these are relatively inexpensive, I expected the post connectors behind the speakers to feel a little more solid. The paradigm label on front was not perfeclty registered properly on one of the speakers. If you made it this far into the review then you can tell I am being really picky. In reality, if you have a mass marketed speaker system available at a place like Best Buy or something then I feel you should stop reading and purchase this system right away. You will not be disappointed. The other system that I checked out was the Energy Take Classic 5.1. It jumped in price right before I went to buy it and I got discouraged. I don't know if it might have sounded similar for less money but I am extremely happy with my Paradigms.

firstly,I want to thank to Amazon because of very quick delivery.Also I bought it from warehouse and it is exactly what described "Like new"..As for Paradigm,yes it is also very good,especially the surrounds,they are over my expectations.After lots of research,I decided to go for this and yes I am very happy now....higly reccomended..
